Final payment is due 3 weeks before the clinic date (we will send a reminder and final details/what to bring etc). If you have paid the non-refundable deposit\, but are unable to make the clinic\, you will only be refunded the deposit (less a $30 admin fee) if you can find a rider to replace your spot or if there is a waiting list with someone who would like to take your spot. Please call the Clinic Host immediately if you must cancel. Refunds will be made by check and mailed to you as soon as possible. If we have to cancel the clinic due to being under the minimum numbers\, we will refund deposits in full.

Not bringing a horse? Come anyway! Spectators\, families\, and anyone interested in the local horse community are encouraged to join us. \nWe’ll kick off the day with a special performance by the HRSC Drill Team\, followed by rotating activity stations: \n-Pole Bending\n-Ribbon Race\n-Trail Obstacle Course\n-Team Relay \nComplete every activity\, fill your punch card and earn a prize! Lunch for purchase around noon. \nWhether you ride regularly\, belong to a local club or simply love horses\, we would love to have you participate.
