HRSC Clubhouse Rental Options 2025
- Option 1) Half Day (Minimum Rental 4 Hours) Available only Mon – Thursday $160.00/4 hours, Plus $100.00 via a Refundable Security/Damage Deposit.
- Option 2) Full Day (Up to 12 Hours; Full Day (Events End by 10 pm; off-premises by 11 pm) $450/Day, Plus $450.00 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit.

Please read our Clubhouse Rental Agreement in full, before booking and paying your deposit for your reservation online.
Booking Deposit MUST BE PAID for your booking to be recorded.
* By Signing your name to the Reservation form you agree to all terms. Your booking will not be complete without a signed agreement.

How to Use our online booking system. ** No Cash Accepted
1) Select which rental service you want to book, and select next.
2) Select the date and the time from the calendar. (Greyed out means the date is not available.)
4) Select which time slot you are booking.
5) Fill out the form including all required and relevant fields and purchase your security deposit via PayPal or a Credit Card (PayPal account is not mandatory, choose the CC option at the bottom) by selecting “Continue”. If you do not complete payment your reservation will be void in 30 minutes.
6) Once your booking has been accepted, you will be contacted by our Club House Rental Manager to arrange a time to pick up the key and she will send you a balance due in full link to be paid 7 days prior to your Event .
7) Please bring your proof of your insurance (if you have not already uploaded it) when meeting with our Club House Rental Manager when you are scheduled to pick up the key.
